Taylah Bettini founded Bettini & Co. following a career in Sydney premium real estate sales, where she identified a systematic gap between how properties were presented and what buyers actually responded to at auction. Her deep knowledge of real estate buyer psychology drives our studio's trade coordination and spatial preparation discipline.

Having worked on the sales side of the Sydney property market, Taylah understands how buyers evaluate a home during open-for-inspections. Buyers do not assess a house in isolation—they scrutinize every flaw, calculating the cost and effort of repairs in their head before making an offer.

With a background in luxury real estate, styling and campaign management, Taylah brings a highly considered and strategic approach to property presentation. As a licensed real estate professional, she has managed hundreds of property transformations and oversees all pre-sale preparation campaigns.

With a background spanning real estate and interior design, Bella brings a unique understanding of both the strategic and creative potential of a home. Interior design is at the heart of her work — from considered styling through to complete interior design and renovation projects, with a focus on creating spaces that feel distinctive, cohesive and genuinely reflective of the people who live in them.
