Bettini & Co. does not own or hire out furniture; we act as site directors, engaging and supervising licensed trades, managing schedules, inspecting finishes, and attending styling installs so you deal with one person instead of eight.
What trades do you coordinate?
We coordinate licensed painters, plumbers, electricians, timber floor sanders, carpenters, plasterers, tilers, handymen, garden landscapers, window washers, and commercial cleaners. Every trade on your property is fully insured and managed directly by our studio under one unified contract.
How does single-point management protect campaign dates?
When vendors hire separate trades, delays in painting cascade into floor sanding and photography delays. Bettini & Co. manages a synchronized calendar where trade handovers occur within hours, eliminating idle days and ensuring the property is delivered fully prepared on the exact date agreed with your real estate agent.
What is the vendor's role during project management?
The vendor's only role is approving the initial scope and handing over keys. You receive daily photographic progress updates via message, while our team handles site access, trade inspections, material deliveries, and final defect sign-offs.
