The Brief
The brief was to coordinate the required property improvements, repairs and styling within a tight timeframe, ensuring the home was fully market-ready and presented to a premium standard. The goal was to address visible presentation issues while creating a sophisticated, cohesive and highly appealing buyer experience.
The Challenge
The project required multiple trades and suppliers to be coordinated efficiently, including electrical works, repairs and painting, flooring, custom curtains, garden works, cleaning, plants, styling and art hire. With a high-value property and a limited timeframe, every element needed to be completed and coordinated quickly without compromising the final presentation.
Our Strategy
