The Brief
The brief was to create a consistently elevated presentation throughout the campaign and ensure the property maintained a polished, inspection-ready appearance at every stage. With two previous unsuccessful campaigns, the focus was on creating a fresh buyer experience through professional styling, regular maintenance and consistent presentation.
The Challenge
The property had already been through two unsuccessful campaigns, making it essential to introduce a new approach that would improve buyer perception and create stronger emotional engagement. The challenge was not only the initial presentation, but maintaining the property's appearance throughout the campaign so that every inspection reflected the same high standard.
Our Strategy
We implemented a consistent, hands-on presentation strategy combining professional onsite styling with regular cleaning. The approach centred on twice-weekly styling visits to refresh furniture, accessories and presentation details, supported by weekly surface cleaning. This ensured the property remained polished, cohesive and inspection-ready throughout the campaign.
