The Brief
The objective was to reposition the property for market through a combination of repairs, maintenance, cleaning, garden presentation and styling. The aim was to improve the property's overall condition, create a stronger first impression and ensure the home presented at its best for photography, inspections and prospective buyers.
The Challenge
Having already gone through two failed campaigns, the property required more than a simple styling refresh. It needed a comprehensive presentation strategy that addressed the areas that could negatively influence buyer perception. The challenge was to coordinate multiple elements, from painting and repairs through to cleaning, gardens, windows, ceiling presentation and styling, while creating a cohesive final result.
Our Strategy
We took a whole-property approach, combining practical improvements with strategic styling to create a fresh and elevated presentation. The strategy focused on addressing visible maintenance and presentation issues, refreshing painted surfaces and completing required repairs, improving garden presentation, deep cleaning the property, and introducing partial styling, florals and decorative elements. Furniture placement was carefully considered to enhance the home's proportions and flow, with all works coordinated to achieve a cohesive, market-ready finish.
